Hotel Rates And Reservation Information

The discounted group room rate at the Philadelphia Airport Hilton is $79.00 U.S., plus tax (for single or double occupancy). The deadline for reservations at the convention rate is 6/27/97 (the first day of Electronicon.) To recieve the discounted group rate, simply mention Electronicon when you reserve your room. For those of you prefer to avoid making long-distance calls, we've provided you with a number of reservation options. We do note that the Philadelphia Airport Hilton has recommended that people reserve their rooms directly with their hotel (their phone number is listed below), so we recommend that you do it too, just to keep things running smoothly.

A number of people have asked about alternate accommodation choices for Electronicon. However, we will mention that we did a lot of hotel shopping during our search for a location, and we chose the Airport Hilton because it offered the most bang for the buck overall, as well as for the convenience of having a large number of sleeping rooms on-site (which is in our opinion extremely important for an event of this nature.). If you're planning on coming to Electronicon for the full weekend, due to its 24 hours-a-day nature, we STRONGLY suggest you make plans to stay at the Airport Hilton, as there will be fun things going on at all time throughout the weekend!
