Electronicon Acknowledged By The "Video Game Capital Of The Universe"!

It has been confirmed that Electronicon will recieve mention in video games legend Walter Day's "The Twin Galaxies Official Video Game And Pinball Book Of World Records", which will be published by Sunstar Publications later this year. In addition, all congoers who enter the Electronicon Home Video Game Tournament now have 2 chances at video game immortality. The tournaments at Electronicon are now fully sanctioned by Walter's Twin Galaxies Intergalactic Arcade Scoreboard, and ALL high scores and winners in the Electronicon Video Game tournaments will be listed in the 1998 edition of Walter's book, so even if you don't break the world record for the game, if you beat everyone else at Electronicon, you're in there. (That doesn't mean that we want to see any of you slacking off in the tournaments.)

For those of you not familiar with Walter Day or Twin Galaxies, Twin Galaxies and Walter Day have been keeping track of the top video game high scores and players since the early 1980's. Walter has recieved media coverage of his activities from sources as diverse as Life Magazine, Blip magazine, Playboy Magazine, The New York Times, as well as TV's That's Incredible and Entertainment Tonight.
